Progress to Excellence sub-contracts provision annually to those providers who are approved by the Skills Funding Agency on the Register of Training Organisations. Progress to Excellence continues to work with sub-contractors year on year providing Qualification, Retention and Timely results exceed the national average statistics published by the Skills Funding Agency.

Minimising Risk through Compliance

Progress to Excellence undertakes the responsibility of checking all evidence for every monthly claim submitted by the sub-contractor.

Progress to Excellence provides support with funding guidance interpretation and compliance to minimise financial risk.

Annual Charges

New Sub-Contractors – Progress to Excellence management fee is 22% of all funding drawn down against the provision to be delivered. An additional 2% against each learner will be paid to the sub-contractor at the end of the qualification if the learner achieves in a timely manner.

Existing Sub-Contractors – Progress to Excellence will retain 15% management fee to those sub-contractors who have consistently demonstrated a track record of a QSR of 80%, timely achievements of 80% along with adherence to SFA funding rules and OFSTED requirements.
