A free service to all employers, old and new

Our free fully managed Apprenticeship Recruitment Service is a value added service available to all of our employers, existing and new throughout England. We will manage all stages of the process from our Head Office in Birkenhead, which includes:

  • A advertising campaign across various digital platforms, to help recruit the best calibre of apprentices for your business needs
  • Your apprenticeship vacancy uploaded onto the National Apprenticeship Service website
  • All applications sifted by our team to ensure the highest quality applicants
  • We can arrange interviews on your behalf or send you the shortlisted candidates
  • Support in getting the applicants interview ready.

Once in post, we will deliver the apprenticeship training within your workplace to your new apprentice. They will receive regular visits from one of our assessors, and will be set work to complete between visits using our e-learning platform, Smart Assessor.
