Location: Home based with travel to employer sites

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus a car allowance (£300 monthly car allowance). Annual Performance Related Bonus scheme

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description: The successful candidate will support the development, delivery, and quality assurance of apprenticeship frameworks and standards. They will provide support for the Training Department in order to consistently meets National Standards and Awarding Organisation quality improvement requirements. They will also quality assure all aspects of the learner journey, including teaching, learning, assessment, along with the quality assurance of a full learning log and compliant audit trail.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Ensure full compliance with Progress to Excellence’s Quality Assurance systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement, liaising with appropriate departments to ensure that systems in support of assessment, verification and additional support are fully implemented.
  2. To maintain accurate and up to date records of sampling, planning, assessment and observations of teaching, learning and assessment.
  3. Lead and contribute to Standardisation and Quality Improvement meetings as required.

Description: Progress to Excellence Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Officer to join its Marketing and Communications team. You should have a genuine passion for all things marketing, be able to multi-task and be as happy working in our friendly office as being out at an event.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Lead on the creation of engaging and impactful social media to communicate with our target audiences
  2. Create branded email marketing campaigns to promote Progress to Excellence Ltd to our various audiences
  3. Using our Branding Guidelines and briefings, create high quality branded marketing literature using Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Support in the planning of various events, leading on some where appropriate.
  5. Lead on cleansing data of our CRM in a timely and proactive manner.
