Location: Home based with travel to employer sites
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus a car allowance (£300 monthly car allowance). Annual Performance Related Bonus scheme
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Description: The successful candidate will support the development, delivery, and quality assurance of apprenticeship frameworks and standards. They will provide support for the Training Department in order to consistently meets National Standards and Awarding Organisation quality improvement requirements. They will also quality assure all aspects of the learner journey, including teaching, learning, assessment, along with the quality assurance of a full learning log and compliant audit trail.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure full compliance with Progress to Excellence’s Quality Assurance systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement, liaising with appropriate departments to ensure that systems in support of assessment, verification and additional support are fully implemented.
- To maintain accurate and up to date records of sampling, planning, assessment and observations of teaching, learning and assessment.
- Lead and contribute to Standardisation and Quality Improvement meetings as required.
