Business Administration

Weekly wage: £138.75
Duration: 18 months
Closing date: 08.11.18

We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who is willing to be creative and learn new skills. We will teach you every aspect of floristry that consist of flower arranging bouquets, wrapping the bouquets up in fancy cellophane with a handmade bow ready for the shop display or for a customer.

Some of your duties will include:

  • You will also learn and observe funeral creations and maybe even wedding bouquets and wedding displays.
  • You will learn good customer service, how to meet and greet with customers in the correct manner
  • Answer any questions they have and possible even create an arrangement for them.You will also be undertaking deliveries of flowers locally.

Weekly wage: £157.50
Duration: 18 months

Support the Stock Process Manager in their day to day management of the stock processes in order to insure stock integrity, develop and implement policy to improve control and provide training, provide top level governance and reports, and support KME in developing group wide policies and procedures.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provide regular reports to the relevant department’s i.e. Dog stock, slow & non-moving stock, etc
  • Support other non-operational departments – Sales, Finance, IT, Business development, in processes relating to stock management and movement
  • Support the Stock Process Manager in administrative related duties including reporting, updating records, compiling presentations, data and spreadsheets

Support the Quality function on all specific new sector contracts, assist with the Project Management of orders and work with a team approach from initial order status through to processing and post-delivery operations, ensuring full verification and adherence to customer specific requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assist the Quality Engineer and Management in effectively managing all Internal & External customer concerns from initial containment, effective countermeasure and preventative measures through to final close out.
  • Assist with the management all customer containment activities internal and external
  • Analyse quality data collected to identify continuous improvement.

Providing administrative support to the Sales team. Including the development of relationships, processing orders, taking queries, resolving customer elated issues, updating systems and reporting, etc. It will involve communicating with prospective / existing clients and internal departments, using email, phone and internal systems.

Some of your duties will include:

  • To play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team through processing sales-related paperwork.
  • Assist to customers who may need help with orders, requests and complaints
  • Responsible for dealing with invoice queries, and report generation as required

A great opportunity for an apprentice administrator to help support the Business Development team. Including the development of relationships, developing proposals, project management, updating systems and reporting, etc. It will involve communicating with prospective / existing clients and internal departments, using email, phone and internal systems.

  • To support marketing, PR, product range development (including training programmes) and customer development.
  • To help track and monitor sector development
  • To support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in the development of all the business sectors as and when required

  • Making our luxury candles, melts and home fragrances by hand
  • Checking each item for quality and reporting any wastage to the Supervisor

  • As an apprentice Dental Nurse you will be providing general care to our patients and assisting the dentist in performing fillings, extractions, periodontal treatment, taking of impressions, aspiration.
  • You will ensure that the surgical areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained, including aspiration systems and autoclaves, paying all due attention to relevant legal and ethical codes, in addition to the practice policy in respect of cross infection control and Health & Safety.
