Business Administration commercial loan

This qualification is ideal if you are just starting out in a business administration role and would like to develop your knowledge and skills in the following areas;

  • Communication in a business environment

  • Development of working relationships with colleagues.
BTEC Business Administration Level 3

This qualification is designed for individuals who carry out a range of non-routine administrative tasks in a senior role and has been designed to accredit their achievements in a modern, practical way that is relevant to the work context and aids career progression.

There are a range of optional units which can be tailored to meet the needs of the learner and their employer.

Business Administration level 4

This course is designed for those already in a senior position within business and administration, relevant job roles include:

  • Office Manager
  • Business Development Manager
  • Executive Assistant
  • Project Manager
  • Programme Manager

The purpose of this course is to develop the specific types of knowledge to underpin learners competence as well as the wider sector-related knowledge related to business and administration.

Customer Service level 2

This qualification is for learners whose job role requires them to deliver a continually improving service to customers. Learners may be in roles that carry a customer service specific job title, or their primary responsibility is to deliver excellent service to customers. This qualification can also be used by learners who may not regard customer service as their primary responsibility, but recognise that customer service competencies are essential to complement their technical skills.

team leader level 2

This qualification has been designed for those who have responsibility for the work of others as a team leader. It is suitable if you are entering a management role, or if you have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example; providing leadership for a team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work.

Facilities Services level 2 training

If you are a Facilities Management Coordinator or Contract Managers in the facilities management environment, then this qualification can help to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for your job. It involves supporting a range of operations including building maintenance, service delivery and site security. This qualification is open to anyone aged 16+ who is able to working in the sector who is able to achieve the required standards.

IT User level 2

This qualification has been designed for those whose main job role is to use IT applications in support of colleagues or customers in any sector or industry. The course provides learners with the opportunity to develop their IT skills for personal use or in preparation for employment or career progression in a range of sectors.
The course covers a wide range of skills and knowledge that are transferable to sector or industry.

Certificate for the Children & Young People’s Workforce (QCF) Level 2

If you work in a role such as a Care worker, Childminder or Youth and Community Worker, then this qualification can help to provide you with a broad understanding of the children and young people’s workforce sector and as well as provide you with the practical skills and knowledge required to work in this sector.

Learning and Development Level 3

This course is aimed at professionals such as Tutors or Assessors, who develop and assess the skills, knowledge and competence of learners primarily in the workplace or a work-related setting.

It is designed to meet the initial and continuing professional development of professionals within this sector.
