Location: Field Based

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:

To plan and deliver Functional Skills interactions associated with learners and staff on courses within agreed subject areas. This includes the development of the learning experience, its delivery, assessment and the progress of learners on the course.

To provide high quality education and training for learners needing to develop their Functional Skills, as part of their main vocational studies.

To assist in the development and delivery of new courses with Functional English, mathematics and ICT.

Some duties include:

  1. To deliver high quality learning with successful outcomes related to functional English and maths, meeting the needs of learners and organisational priorities.
  2. To develop and implement programmes of embedded learning which provides learners with functional skills relevant to their vocational and employment needs.
  3. To contribute to the broader delivery of functional skills learning, through additional (support) teaching of Functional maths, English, ICT, Employability and/or life-skills

Location: Head Office Based

Salary: £3.70 per hour (NAW)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:

To support the Marketing and Communications team in driving out its marketing strategy. The post holder will be involved in the full marketing mix, working across B2B and B2C audiences.

Some duties include:

  1. Support with the generation of social media content working across various platforms
  2. Support with the creation of branding email campaigns for a range of audiences. Help to maintain databases and update marketing preferences to ensure that we are in line with data protection and GDPR guidelines
  3. Support with cleansing data of our CRM in a timely and proactive manner.
  4. Support in the planning of various events, leading on some where appropriate.

Salary: £30,000 per annum starting salary. £300 per month essential car user allowance Performance related bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:

To deliver quality health and social care teaching, learning and assessment to learners, to defined quality standards across apprenticeship programmes.

Some duties include:

  1. To manage and deliver Teaching Learning & Assessment (TLA) to a caseload of learners and to ensure that your caseload complies with the following:
  • Expected completions (a minimum of 90% of the caseload to achieve)
  • % on track learners (not below 90%)
  • % off track learners (not to exceed 10%)
  • TLA sessions occur every 4 weeks or more

Location: Field based covering the Oxfordshire area

Salary: £25,000 per annum starting salary plus company Bonus Scheme

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:  To deliver quality teaching, learning and assessment to learners, to defined quality standards across all Apprentice / QCF programmes within the range of own occupational competence and to support members of the delivery team as required.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

    1. To manage and deliver Teaching Learning & Assessment (TLA) to a caseload of up to 45 learners and to ensure that this caseload complies with the following:
      1. Past Planned End Date (PPED) (this should not exceed 5% of the caseload
      2. Expected completions (a minimum of 90% of the caseload to achieve)
      3. % on track learners (not below 90%)
      4. % off track learners (not to exceed 10%)
      5. TLA sessions occur every 4-5 weeks or more
      6. Progress Reviews occur every 10-12 weeks
      7. All areas of the framework/ qualification to be delivered (including Functional Skills).
    1. To maintain accurate and up to date records of training, planning, registration, assessment, certification and observations of practice, in line with Ofsted, Awarding Organisation and ESFA guidelines.
    2. To work closely with the Business Development team to support the recruitment of learners to supplement caseload and ensure new learners are recruited in line with departmental targets.
