Location: Home based with travel
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum starting salary plus £300 per month essential car user allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
To support the development, delivery, and quality assurance of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards. To provide support for the Performance Improvement Manager and the Training Department in order that it consistently meets National Standards and Awarding Body quality improvement requirements. To quality assure all aspects of the learner journey, including teaching, learning, assessment, along with the quality assurance of a full learning log and compliant audit trail
Some duties include:
- Support the OTLA team in carrying out timely observations of teaching, learning and assessment where necessary; providing constructive feedback to the Programme Development Manager and Training & Assessment Officers to drive continuous improvement. This primarily involves developing and supporting an action plan with TAOs judged as requiring improvement or inadequate.
- To maintain accurate and up to date records of sampling, planning, assessment and observations of teaching, learning and assessment.
- To provide accurate and timely information to the Programme Development Manager regarding the quality of provision and the quality of the learners’ experience.
