Location: National

Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 per annum plus £300 per month essential car user allowance.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Description:

To manage and maintain the overall function of the Business Development department to include business reporting, to deliver key business growth in line with the Business Plan. Management of the BD team. Proven expertise in the planning, execution and leadership of new business strategies.

Some duties include:

  1. Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Business Development and Customer Relationship activities.
  2. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  3. Take ownership of the management of the Business Development function of the business.
  4. Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.

Description:

To generate new business and maximise repeat business to support the company achievement of its funding profiles.

Some duties include:

  1. To actively pursue new employers to develop partnerships and relationships by identifying their skills needs and advising of programmes offered by Progress to Excellence Ltd.
  2. To pursue existing leads and convert them into new business.
  3. Collaborate with area based and national teams to support, nurture and enhance relationships with existing employers, partners and stakeholders to identify employer specific skills and recruitment needs, develop business opportunities and ensure repeat business.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Description:

To plan and deliver Functional Skills interactions associated with learners and staff on courses within agreed subject areas. This includes the development of the learning experience, its delivery, assessment and the progress of learners on the course.

To provide high quality education and training for learners needing to develop their Functional Skills, as part of their main vocational studies.

To assist in the development and delivery of new courses with Functional English, mathematics and ICT.

Some duties include:

  1. To deliver high quality learning with successful outcomes related to functional English and maths, meeting the needs of learners and organisational priorities.
  2. To develop and implement programmes of embedded learning which provides learners with functional skills relevant to their vocational and employment needs.
  3. To contribute to the broader delivery of functional skills learning, through additional (support) teaching of Functional maths, English, ICT, Employability and/or life-skills
