Location: Head office, Birkenhead – with national travel

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Hours:37.5 hours per week

Description:

To review and reshape the quality function to align it to business needs ensuring achievement of customer service and quality objectives.

Some duties include:

  • Taking a lead in implementing and monitoring quality assurance of programmes, resources, documentation and operational procedures including the maintenance of process flow charts and documentation in line with quality standards
  • Assisting the Senior Management Team in the achievement and maintenance of national quality standards through the implementation of a company wide quality improvement plan
  • Supporting on external inspections and audits and ensuring that any identified remedial action is taken.

Salary: £27,500 per annum starting salary

Hours:37.5 hours per week

Description:

To deliver quality teaching, learning and assessment to learners, to defined quality standards across all Apprentice / QCF programmes within the range of own occupational competence and to support members of the delivery team as required.

Some duties include:

  • Advises and guides client groups on future career and pre-entry opportunities that will help them make an informed decision on their next steps.
  • Conducts one to one interviews as appropriate with learners when they complete their application form to ensure learners are on the right programmes.
  • Complete ILP with learners to establish their starting point and to gather a measure of distance travelled.

Description:

To provide Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance on courses, resources, progression and career opportunities. To deliver a high standard of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance to client groups in accordance with the Careers Strategy 2017 and Matrix accreditation.

Salary: £25,000 per annum starting salary £300 per month essential car user allowance Performance related bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Description:

To deliver quality teaching, learning and assessment to learners, to defined quality standards across all Apprentice / QCF programmes within the range of own occupational competence and to support members of the delivery team as required.

Some duties include:

  • To manage and deliver Teaching Learning & Assessment (TLA) to a caseload of up to 45 learners
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records of training, planning, registration, assessment, certification and observations of practice, in line with Ofsted, Awarding Organisation and ESFA guidelines.
  • To work closely with the Business Development team to support the recruitment of learners to supplement caseload and ensure new learners are recruited in line with departmental targets.

Location: Home based with travel

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum starting salary plus £300 per month essential car user allowance

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Description:

To support the development, delivery, and quality assurance of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards. To provide support for the Performance Improvement Manager and the Training Department in order that it consistently meets National Standards and Awarding Body quality improvement requirements. To quality assure all aspects of the learner journey, including teaching, learning, assessment, along with the quality assurance of a full learning log and compliant audit trail

Some duties include:

  • Support the OTLA team in carrying out timely observations of teaching, learning and assessment where necessary; providing constructive feedback to the Programme Development Manager and Training & Assessment Officers to drive continuous improvement. This primarily involves developing and supporting an action plan with TAOs judged as requiring improvement or inadequate.
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records of sampling, planning, assessment and observations of teaching, learning and assessment.
  • To provide accurate and timely information to the Programme Development Manager regarding the quality of provision and the quality of the learners’ experience.

Hours: 12 hours per week

Description:

To deliver quality teaching, learning and assessment to defined quality standards across all VTCT programmes within the range of own occupational competence and to support members of the delivery team as required.

Some duties include:

  • Plan for and deliver high quality teaching in the subject areas required
  • Ensure all marking, assessments and any moderation are completed timely and tracked appropriately
  • Maintain consistency of lessons in line with the Ofsted CIF ’Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ criteria under the teaching, learning and assessment key judgements. Ensure all learners are fully engaged with their learning; developing the skills, knowledge and standards required for successful completion of their programme and industry expectations.
